Phillips Print & Stationers is owned by Phillips & Sons (Buckingham) Ltd, which is registered as a Limited Liability Company with Registration Number 00405027 (England & Wales), with its address as Ford Street, Buckingham, Bucks, MK18 1AQ.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office, under Registration Number: Z7994428. We act as a Data Controller when we collect personal data from our customers, suppliers, news recipients and contacts. We collect personal data only to provide our company’s services to our customers and to our communities. We ask for consent for data processing, where appropriate. When we ask for your personal data we will inform you of how we intend to manage it and what measures we will take to ensure its security.

We will ensure that all personal data supplied is held in accordance with EU General Data Protection Regulations and with current UK Data Protection legislation.

Phillips Print collects and holds your personal data only to contact you and to work for you.
We hold documents of yours only to provide you with the services which you have requested.

When we ask for personal data we will say how we will use and manage it and, where appropriate, ask for your consent to do so. Some personal data may be viewed by other members of the Company’s staff, to ensure we serve you properly and to the best of our abilities.

We will not use anyone’s personal data for any other purposes without asking their permission.

You may be asked to opt-in to any mailing list we run from time to time, and from which you can opt-out at any time.

We store your personal data and documents carefully and securely within our IT systems.

We will not keep information for longer than necessary, and will delete it as soon as possible on your request. We would aim to do this within one month at most.

We will never sell or pass your data to third parties, ever.

Personal data is collected and stored securely subject to appropriate security measures and is protected against misuse. It is held in electronic form on secure servers operated by web hosting services providers, and web service providers. We occasionally use third party web service providers to support our work.

Our website never uses cookies. Cookies are text files placed onto your computer by other websites and web using companies, to track your web movements. They are accessible only to the websites which create them.
